Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and the Company with regard to all services (the 'Services') provided by LuckyBox, including live casino games, slot games, and the comp / VIP / referral programs. Matters not specified herein follow the Company's published operating policies and applicable law.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

  • Registration and use of the Services are limited to adults aged 19 or older.
  • The Company does not collect any personal information beyond the member's email address (no real name, ID, address, phone, banking details). No separate KYC procedure is performed. By registering, the member represents and warrants that they are at least 19 years of age and that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
  • Company employees, persons capable of influencing game outcomes, and residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not register.
  • One account per individual. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts under different email addresses, balances and bonuses on the related accounts may be revoked.

Article 3 (Deposits)

  • Deposits are accepted only in Tether USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). The Company is not responsible for recovering assets sent on a different network (ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana, etc.) or in a different asset.
  • A unique TRC-20 deposit address is automatically issued to each member upon registration. This address is for the member's exclusive use; the Company is not liable for losses arising from sharing the address with third parties.
  • Deposits are credited to the member's balance automatically as soon as the block confirms, typically within 1–2 minutes.

Article 4 (Withdrawals)

  • Withdrawals are processed to the TRC-20 address submitted by the member through an automated dispatch system.
  • The per-request withdrawal limit increases with VIP tier. See the VIP page for current limits.
  • A cooldown period applies immediately after a withdrawal request, during which additional withdrawals may be restricted. Withdrawals may be held or rejected when the Company suspects money laundering, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
  • Network fees (TRON energy / bandwidth) are borne by the Company, subject to change in accordance with operational policy.

Article 5 (Betting and Game Results)

  • All game round outcomes are determined by the integrated game provider's servers. The Company does not arbitrarily alter game results.
  • Where a bet is not processed correctly due to network disconnection or system error, corrections follow the game provider's round logs. The Company's internal records serve only as auxiliary data.
  • Tie rounds where the wager equals the win are excluded from cumulative wagering and comp accrual.
  • The Company reserves the right to void transactions arising from clear system errors or fraudulent activity, retroactively if necessary.

Article 6 (Comp / VIP / Referral)

  • Comps accrue in daily batches based on wagering volume. Accruals are converted to balance only when the member claims them.
  • VIP tiers are determined by cumulative wagering volume. After a tier promotion is claimed, the new tier takes effect at 00:00 UTC the following business day.
  • Referral rewards apply only when the referrer code is properly registered. Self-referral, multi-account referral, and proxy-name referral are voided.
  • Reward balances may carry rollover (wagering turnover) requirements set by the Company and must be cleared before withdrawal. Referral rewards are exempt from rollover and are immediately withdrawable.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following constitute grounds for account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement.

  • Identity theft, registration under another person's name, operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Fraudulent betting or bonus abuse using bots, automation tools, or exploits.
  • Money-laundering-pattern behavior such as withdrawing immediately after a deposit without any wagering activity.
  • Unauthorized access to or interference with the Company's or the game provider's systems.

Article 8 (Account Suspension and Balance Handling)

If prohibited conduct or a violation of these Terms is confirmed, the Company may suspend the account without prior notice and revoke balances and bonuses arising from fraudulent transactions. Legitimate deposits will be refunded after the Company's review.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by the member's internet environment, wallet security, or the member's own negligence.
  • The Company is exempt from liability for temporary service interruptions caused by TRON blockchain network failures, game provider system failures, or force majeure events.
  • Members are responsible for verifying the laws of their country and region of residence and judging for themselves whether they may use the Services.

Article 10 (Amendments and Dispute Resolution)

  • The Company may amend these Terms in response to operational policy or legal changes. The effective date and details will be announced in advance.
  • Any dispute related to these Terms is to be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the member and the Company. Where negotiation fails, the court at the location of the Company's operational headquarters has first-instance jurisdiction.

Article 11 (Responsible Gambling)

Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. For tools regarding self-limits, breaks, and self-exclusion, please refer to the Responsible Gambling page.
